"Presently, there is a major campaign raging in the political arena to put prayer back in the public schools, and Christians are spearheading this campaign. If Christian representatives and Christian leaders were in the courts of America fighting for the sole purpose of getting Christian prayer into public schools, that would be a worthy battle; however, Christian leaders are not fighting solely for Christian prayer even though Christian leaders believe they are. In reality, Satan is using Christians and Christian influence as the vehicle by which to bring forth his own agenda by Christians allowing all religious prayer (pagan, New Age, the occult, Islam, Buddhist, and Satanism) in the educational institutions.
Satan’s agenda for educational institutions is to exploit and propagate New Age concepts to young people. The present school prayer initiative and its activism within the Christian community is helping Satan achieve that agenda. Satan’s objective is twofold; one objective is to further destroy the traditional family, especially Christian families, by confusing our children by exposing them to New Age and paganistic philosophies by way of educational curriculum. The second objective Satan will accomplish by the school prayer initiative is allowing Christians to unkowingly help increase Satan’s kingdom while weakening the Christian community in the process. And every time Christians unknowingly compromise with Satan, Satan has a stronger legal hold on the Christian community and God is pushed farther away (Ex 23:32-33, 34:12-16).
Furthermore, I believe many liberal minded school representatives will bombard our Christian children with New Age oriented prayers and concepts, once all religions are allowed to pray in public schools. I believe it is also possible laws will be instituted to enforce non-proselytizing prayer even in Christian schools.
I have worked around the public school system for sixteen years. During that time I have noticed that 90 percent of the teachers who are teaching our children are liberal minded and many are promoters of New Age concepts and philosophies. Presently, Christian parents have the right to go into schools and put stop to any type of New Age or paganistic oriented curriculum. But once the law passes that will allow all religious prayer, (not necessarily Christian prayer back into the classroom), Christian parents will be unable to stop or prevent their children from being exposed to Satan’s destructive religious concepts. I believe the only option parents will have will be to take their children out the public school system.
Regardless, humans do not need to use their audible voice in order for God to hear prayers. Humankind only needs to pray with the conscious mind, and God will without any difficulty hear the non-audible prayer. However, on the other hand, Satan and his demons do need to hear the audible prayer. The only time the “fallen ones” do not need to hear the audible voice is when intense meditation and visualizations are being practiced. Therefore, only Satan and his many principalities of fallen angels (demon spirits) will benefit from prayer being allowed in the public schools."
The following is an excerpt from the Christian Coalition's July/August Christian magazine, titled Christian American, pg.15.
'"... Gossett joined Christian Coalition Executive Director Ralph Reed, other religious leaders, and several members of Congress on May 22 (1997) to celebrate the Religious Freedom Amendment's introduction on Capitol Hill. The amendment will ensure that Americans such as Gossett will have the freedom to express their faith openly in public."'
'" The right to freedom of speech and religious expression is one of our most cherished rights under the Constitution,"' Reed said. '" Today we stand as Jews and Christians, Protestants and Catholics, MUSLIMS and HINDUS, black and white, on behalf of religious freedom for every American."'
"Mohammed Khan of the Muslim Network readily endorsed the Religious Freedom Amendment. "'In this country, where a majority practices Christanity, children cannot even pray in their schools. Imagine how it must be for a young child who practices a minority religion.
"' My faith teaches me to pray five times a day."' "'When I was in school, I would have to go off campus."'

". . . It was 9:30 in the morning, and only two hours remained until we would be arriving in Frankfurt, Germany. Even though I did not get much sleep or reading done on the flight to Germany, nevertheless, the flight to Germany had given me the time I needed to write down my thoughts concerning the present state of the Christian community and its role in the ever-so increasing New Age neo-paganistic world. So, for the two remaining hours I wrote down my thoughts . . . .
I believe wholeheartedly the majority of the present day Christian community lacks discernment, and many Christians are unknowingly compromising “with the devil.” For example, for what has come to be known as “religious freedom,” many Christians deceivingly believe it is alright to promote laws which will give Satan legal rights to exploit New Age pagan religions for the cause of religious freedom.
It is difficult to not be consumed with deep concern for the future of the present day Christian community throughout the world, because presently Satan is winning the battle against Christendom. Besides compromising for religious freedom, there is another deception that has pervaded the Christian community: Satan has draped a veil of blindness over the Christian community labeled “fighting for the cause of morality.” Although having and promoting good morals into a society should be advocated, it is by no-means the most fundamental principal of Christianity! Just because a person is morally sound, does not make him or her a candidate for God’s eternal heaven. And having a high standard of morals is not what our LORD meant when He said to Nicodemus, “'Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God”' (Jn 3:3).
Therefore, whenever Christians begin believing Christendom is based on one’s position on morality and religious freedom, and Christians omit the true essence of Christendom which is '“Christ crucified”' and '“Christ redeemed,”' the Christian community has lost its '“savour . . . ”' (Mt 5:13).
At the present time all throughout the world the “church of Satan” (New Age religion) is growing at a faster rate than the Church of Jesus Christ. For example, according to a recent Gallup poll, there is a spiritual awakening sweeping America within the baby-boomer generation. However, the majority (according to the same Gallup poll) of these converts are being attracted to alternative religions (New Age oriented) rather than traditional religions (Christianity). It is time for the Christian community to realize that the real battle is taking place in the spiritual realm rather than in the physical world, and tearing-down Satan’s strongholds will not be achieved by fighting liberal government or the liberal society. Moreover, it is going to take more then going to Washington lobbying to put prayer back in public schools, nor will there be victory by protesting against homosexuals, pro-abortionist, and lobbying for religious freedoms.
Although exposing unrighteousness and confronting issues that take away Christians’ freedom to exercise one’s faith are plausible acts, nevertheless, these noble acts of defending one’s belief are superficial in respect to the real problems at hand. For example, the propagation and exploitation of New Age religion in our churches, in our schools, and in our society is the root of America’s problems. Also, public and commercial T.V. has become saturated with shows that feed people’s curiosity and fascination of the paranormal or the unknown (angels, near death experiences, psychics, UFOs, self healing, spiritual healing, and apparitions of all sorts). The Bible teaches us that those who love and serve God are to not dabble into the unknown or the spirit world (Deut 18:10-12).
Many who '“serve and love God”' are challenging the judical system of United States to put God back in America. However, God cannot be found in many Christian churches throughout United States. Although I esteem these Christians’ desire to save America, before we can begin to think about turning America into a Christian nation, we must first kick Satan out of our churches and put God back in!
Satan is deliberately keeping Christians busy so he can further his own kingdom without being noticed by the Christian community. Thus far, Satan has been successful in his strategetical endeavor, because while the majority of Christians are battling for more religious freedoms, (fighting against drugs, against violence, against legal abortions, and against homosexuality), many Christians are unaware that there is a major proliferation of Satan’s “New Age religion” and devotion to the “Virgin Mary” spreading throughout the world. Although taking a stand against corrupt conduct within society is plausible, it does little as for as shaking the gates of Hell and does nothing in the way of removing Satan’s demons from Christian churches.
The Christian community unknowingly has been giving Satan more territory by its tolerance towards Satan’s schemes and by unknowingly being proponents for Satan’s agenda. For example, in October, of 1993, many of our Christian leaders lobbied for the RFRA (Religious Freedom Restoration Act). This law gave the neo-pagan sector of the New Age community the freedom to worship in public. The RFRA initiative also removed all restrictions regarding the way in which religions perform ritual ceremonies. The case that went to the Supreme Court making the RFRA initiative, law, was a case whereby local authorities of a small town in Florida had forbidden the Santeria to sacrifice animals during invocation ceremonies. So, for one year, many of our Christian leaders went to court to help the Santeria fight for religious freedom. If some readers are not aware of who the Santeria are ---- Santeria is a branch of the Voodoo religion that has roots in Cuba.
In the books and periodicals I have acquired, many periodicals have come from the New Age neo-pagan communities, I have read letters and articles which clearly show the enthusiasm within the New Age community by the passage of the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA). For example, the following excerpt was taking from the Autumn, 1995 issue of a popular pagan magazine titled Green Egg. The article was the update of an ongoing suite by a pagan church named “Church of Iron Oak,” a Wiccan church in Melbourne, Florida:
'“. . . So now we are making an appeal to other Pagans and to those of other religious paths. We are making an appeal that we work together to make religious freedom a reality. Congress passed the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA). Now it’s our turn. My wife and I have been spending virtually every waking moment trying to raise enough money for the Federal suit. . . . Here is another advantage. RFRA has penalties that can be invoked against the officials personally. Even though we are not using that provision, we will have set the stage of showing city officials that RFRA can be used against them. . . ."'
Although the New Age community believes religious freedom still has a long way to go, New Agers are optimistic and have been encouraged by the new freedoms to practice and propagate New Age concepts without fear of being reproved from Christians and non-Christians."
